Wright City Avenue of Flags Memorial Service
The Wright City Avenue of Flags will hold its annual memorial service on May 27 at the flagpole in the Wright City Cemetery at 2 p.m.

Students from Marthasville Elementary School participated in a Color Run to raise money for a school-wide field trip Saturday, May 4 at the Marthasville City Park. Teachers and staff held squirt bottles of all colors and tried to apply the color as the students ran by.

One school record was broken and the Warrenton track team captured three individual titles during the Gateway Athletic Conference North Division Meet held April 25 at St. Charles West.
The title is the 11th district championship in program history. Previously, Warrenton won titles in 1952, 1961, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2015, 2018, and 2019.
At the Fort Zumwalt North Invitational on April 19, Avery Shaw collected gold in the discus (34.6 meters), shot put (11.72 meters), and javelin (33.58 meters). The triple golden feat was a first in school history for a single meet.
Warrenton entered the week sporting a 17-3 record overall and 8-0 mark in the GAC North.
