Warren County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call of a burglary, no longer in progress, in Warren County on Feb. 26.
The property owner said someone had broken into his campers one the previous day, according to the probable cause statement filed by Detective Kurt Hey.
The victim provided surveillance footage of the suspects on the property next to the camper and said it had been "broken into and ransacked," according to the probable cause statement.
In the surveillance footage the suspects could be seen climbing into the camper through the window. Franklin Dillon, 34, of Foley, was identified as one of the suspects in the video.
He admitted he was on the property and did not have permission to be there and is seen in photographs holding a flashlight for the other suspect.
Dillon was charged with second-degree burglary and was arrested on a $25,000 bond.
