A 34-year-old Jonesburg man was killed Monday night, March 11, when he was ejected from an overturned UTV.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at 11:40 p.m. on Massas Creek Road north of Trinity Ranch Lane in Warren County.
The man was identified as Geoffrey W. Wiss. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the UTV, 34-year-old Cheryssee Tucker, was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The patrol stated Tucker was driving a Honda Talon too fast on a gravel road when she lost control. The UTV traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck several trees, causing it to overturn. Wiss was ejected from the vehicle, according to the patrol.
