Mr. Joseph Ryan Buckley, of Warrenton, passed away on Thursday, September 28. He was born on September 5, 1980, in Richmond Heights, to Thomas and Arlene Buckley (nee: Warren). Joseph had reached the age of 43 years.
Joseph worked as a cook and kitchen manager and was very creative with his dishes and preparations of meals. He also worked with his father at Warren County Glass. He was an avid reader and especially loved comic books. Joseph had a great sense of humor and was known for his knowledge of movies, music, and trivia. He was also very proud of his Irish Heritage. Joseph especially loved being an uncle to his nephew, Owen and spending time with his family is what meant most to him. He was a dear son, brother, uncle, nephew,cousin and friend to many.
Those that are grateful for having shared in Joseph's life are his loving parents, Tom and Arlene Buckley; his sister, Becky Buckley and his brother, Tom Buckley; his nephew, Owen Buckley; and many other relatives and friends. Joseph is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Shirley Buckley, and Arley and Elsie Warren; and dear family friend Don Reddy.
A visitation for Joseph will be held from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Friday, October 6, with a 12 p.m. Celebration of Life service to immediately follow at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. Burial will follow at the Warrenton City Cemetery. Memorial donations are appreciated to Tribute to Veterans Memorial in honor of Joseph c/o Martin Funeral Home.
