Amy Bullock, 32, of Hawk Point, was charged with the theft of a motor vehicle and arrested on Oct. 24.
According to the probable cause statement, Warren County Sheriff's Deputy Patrick Schaumberg responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in Warren County on Oct. 23.
The reporting party stated the victim left their vehicle, a white 2006 Ford Ranger, on the property for work reasons and they had footage of Bullock stealing the truck.
Security footage showed Bullock walking onto the property and driving off in the vehicle.
Bullock was found with the vehicle by the Maryland Heights Police Department and returned to Warren County, according to the probable cause statement.
Bullock claimed that she knew the victim and had permission to take the vehicle, the victim denied meeting Bullock.
Bullock has several prior convictions spanning multiple counties including, but not limited to forgery and domestic assault in the third degree.
She is currently being held without bond.
