On Sept. 19, an officer involved with the East Central Drug Task Force conducted a raid on a location in Warren County.
In the residence he found Darrell Robinson, 49, of Wright City, in posession of four baggies of a crystalline substance that was confirmed to be methamphetamine through a field test.
Officers also found two glass trays containing more meth, as well as scales, more baggies and other paraphernalia, according to the probable cause statement.
The arresting officer conducted an interview with Robinson at the Warren Count Sheriff's office where he admitted the meth was his and that he had traveled to St. Louis early that morning to purchase more, and was in posession of over half an ounce of the controlled substance, according to the probable cause statement.
He also admitted he planned to sell roughly half of the meth to cover his own habit.
Robinson has been found guilty of numerous other drug-related crimes, according to a complaint filed in conjunction with the charges, and has been charged with the delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, and posession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest and he is to be held without bond.
