Donald Lee Fortmann, of Wright City, passed away on Saturday, July 27, at his home. He was born on October 1, 1960 in Normandy, to Charles and Mary (nee: Greiwe) Fortmann.
Don was preceded in death by his father; and one sister, Connie Shipman. He is survived by his mother; three siblings, Bonnie Thomas, Ron Fortmann, and John Fortmann; aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews; many cousins; other relatives and friends.
Don's family will host a Celebration of his Life with a visitation on August 13, from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. Funeral services will begin at 11 A.M. also at Martin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorial donations are suggested to be given to the Diabetes Association in honor of Donald Lee Fortmann.
