Posted

A Wright City man was charged Tuesday, Oct. 27, with felony driving while revoked, stemming from an incident in July.

A Warren County sheriff’s deputy stopped Randy Quinn on July 28 after observing him fail to signal at the Booneslick Road roundabout intersection with Veterans Memorial Parkway, according to a probable cause statement.

The deputy found Quinn’s driver’s license was revoked and he had four prior driving while revoked convictions within the past 10 years, the statement notes. In addition to his new felony charge, he was charged Oct. 27 with misdemeanor failure to signal and displaying the plates of another person, an infraction.

An initial appearance for Quinn, born in 1965, has been scheduled for Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. in Warren County Circuit Court.
