Two people were injured Monday, Aug. 1, in a two-car collision on the Interstate 70 North Outer Road.The Missouri Highway Patrol reported that Cloud I. Wharton, 22, Warrenton, was westbound driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta when he lost control.The car crossed into the eastbound lane and collided with a 2008 Pontiac G6 driven by Danika A. Morrissey, 30, of Wright City, according to the preliminary patrol report. Both drivers sustained minor to moderate injuries.They were taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Health Center, Lake Saint Louis, for treatment, the patrol said. The 5:14 p.m. crash happened two-tenths of a mile east of Route W.MVA
