A motorcycle stolen from Washington resulted in multiple arrests and felony charges in both Franklin and Warren counties.Washington police said a motorcycle was stolen in the 100 block of Johnson Street early June 1. Deputies went to the 17000 block of State Highway N in Warren County to search for the man.According to a probable cause statement filed in Warren County Associate Circuit Court by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, deputies spotted two men inside a garage standing near a motorcycle and a man and woman outside the garage. The motorcycle was seen inside the garage. Schulze said several parts were removed from the bike and one part was already painted red. When the deputy left his vehicle, one of the men inside the garage, later identified as Stephens, fled the scene. As of Tuesday morning, Stephens was still at large with warrants for his arrest out of both Franklin and Warren counties. Stephens has already been charged in Warren County Associate Circuit Court with felony stealing and felony resisting/interfering with an arrest.Schulze said more charges could be coming in Franklin County. Robison also could be facing charges in Franklin County.According to the probable cause statement, Robison admitted to driving Stephens to Washington where Stephens allegedly said he was planning on stealing a motorcycle. Both Robison and Huenefeld were charged with stealing of a motor vehicle Thursday in Warren County Associate Circuit Court.Kester was arrested at the scene and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.Warren County deputies found two plastic bags and a glass pipe with white residue believed to be methamphetamine in a bag belonging to Kester, according to the probable cause statement. Record reporter Adam Rollins contributed to this report.Dakota RobinsonTroy HuenefeldHaley Kester
