The Warrenton baseball team collected numerous individual postseason awards in both conference and district play.
Five Warriors earned first-team GAC North Conference and Class 5, District 4 honors. They were seniors Austin Haas, Colin DiSilvester and Mason Thompson and sophomores Carter Martin and Jake Kirkpatrick. Haas had 34 runs, 35 hits and 208 putouts, DiSilvester finished with 41 hits, three home runs scored and 31 RBIs, Thompson had 38 hits, 21 RBIs and a .422 batting average, Martin struck out 99 batters and allowed a .169 opponent batting average and Kirkpatrick struck out 25 batters and scored 17 runs.
Sophomore Ric Standley was named first-team all-EMO and second-team all-district after finishing with 19 putouts, 23 RBIs and a .425 batting average.
Also, Haas, Standley, Martin, Keegan Mellegaard and Bryce Phillips were named to the all-academic conference team and Phillips earned the conference sportsmanship award.
