It is a well-known fact that Donald Trump is having problems with his Republican Party leaders. He now is running nearly an independent campaign after many GOP leaders have largely rejected him.Now this unhappiness with political parties has hit the Democrats. Emails have been given light that show that Hillary Clinton and top party leaders had close ties long before the campaign moved into high gear.National political parties are supposed to remain neutral in intraparty fights.Poor Bernie Sanders. Was the whole nomination process rigged in Clinton’s favor? The Wall Street Journal revealed that more emails from Clinton campaign chairman John Podestra were published Wednesday by the website WikiLeaks that shed new light on the relationship between top Democratic officials and Clinton’s campaign. Some of this happened during the primary battle between Sanders and Clinton.Sanders is now supporting Clinton but many of his younger supporters are still upset with Clinton and the party, according to reports. The disclosure of these emails could add heat to their fiery stance toward the party. Trump has alleged corruption in the Democratic Party. The Clintons, Bill and Hillary, may be the most powerful couple in the country. They seldom play by the rules and get away with it!Where does this super power the Clintons possess come from? How are they able to control the party leadership, and the Justice Department and FBI investigations? But the big question now is whether the Democratic National Committee rigged the nomination in favor of Clinton? The critics, of course, will say it happens all the time — rigged conventions, that’s politics. Both the Republican and Democratic camps aren’t peaceful venues these days, in a year of a strange and worrisome presidential election.
