Junior slugger Donovan Mozee used the second of his two home runs on Thursday to lift the Wright City baseball team past Warrenton in the bottom of the seventh inning.The Wildcats trailed 5-0 heading into the bottom of the fifth when they began their rally against starting pitcher Ben Stephens.Wright City opened the inning with three straight hits, and junior Chase Jones pushed across a pair of runs. The Wildcats entered the sixth inning down 5-3, when Mozee delivered a shot over the fence to notch the game at 5-5.With junior Kyle Tuepker waiting on base, Mozee would come through again in the seventh, unleashing another dose of power hitting to send his teammates into a frenzy.Senior Devin Telkamp started on the mound for the Wildcats, with senior Adam North closing.Stephens tossed a full game for Warrenton.WRIGHT CITY DEFEATS WARRENTONDerrick Forsythe photo.
