These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County prosecuting attorney’s office. They are awaiting trial. Lawler, 29, of Wright City, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a felony. He allegedly acted threateningly toward family members Nov. 8 while holding a knife and then a gun. His bond is $10,000. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 15.• William H. Abel, 45, of Grand Island, Neb., is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, a felony, and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Lopez-Pina was driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber on I-70 in August 2015 when he allegedly changed lanes, struck a tractor-trailer and fled the scene. He was located on foot in a cornfield to the south, holding a knife.• James Donovan, 31, of Warrenton, is charged with damage to jail property and endangering correctional employees. While confined in the Warren County Jail in November, Donovan was reportedly observed defecating on his jail uniform and using it to wipe feces on his cell door and walls. Exposing correctional staff to feces resulted in the endangerment charge. His bond on those charges is $10,000. His arraignment on those charges is Feb. 15.• Clyde O. Wiser Jr., 35, of Warrenton, is charged with felony forgery from December. He allegedly wrote a $200 check to himself from the account of Shirley Oetterer and cashed it at S&R Convenience Store. His bond is $5,000.• David C. White, 49, of St. Charles, is charged with failure to register as a sex offender. After being released from Missouri Department of Corrections in 2015, White failed to register as a sex offender in March 2016. He was convicted of sexual misconduct in 2009 in Montgomery County. His bond is $25,000.• Andrey W. Wilke, 19, of O’Fallon, is charged with identity theft of $501-$5,000. He allegedly obtained several credit cards under the name of his parents, who live in Warren County, without their consent. He allegedly accumulated more than $2,500 of debt on four cards. His bond is $5,000. Drug charges• Johnathan C. Carl, 20, of St. Charles, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $5,000. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 15.• Andre Covington, 37, of St. Louis, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $10,000. • Katelynn A. Peterson, 21, of St. Ann, Mo., is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is $10,000.• Trevon K. Humphrey, 20, of St. Louis, is charged with forgery, a felony, and misdemeanor marijuana possession. His bond is $5,000. He is not in custody in Warren County.• Sarah E. Mudd, 33, of Wright City, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is $20,000.• James E. Bowzer, 49, of St. Charles, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $20,000. His arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 15.• Nicole L. Ivy, 27, of St. Peters, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession. His bond is $20,000. He has a bond appearance scheduled for Feb. 15.• Elvis L. Honey Jr., 43, of Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $10,000.• Mathew W. Meyer, 21, of Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession. His bond is $10,000 with 10 percent payment allowed. He has a bond appearance scheduled for Feb. 15.Crime
