Wright City is set to square off against No. 3 district seed Palmyra at 1:15 p.m. Oct. 14 at Winfield High School.
"Their pitcher will be much faster so we'll have to adjust to the speed," Wright City softball coach Fred Ross said. "She's got good movement...They have three or four girls at the top of their lineup that can hit. Kind of like us. They're pretty solid defensively. So we'll have to come out with our "A" game and decide who we're going to pitch."
