Truesdale alderman approved two ordinances dealing with the new Elkhorn Ridge subdivision during its Dec. 13 meeting.
The first authorized variances for required minimum lot sizes, widths, and front and side yard setbacks.
The second approved the record plat for the new subdivision.
Both ordinances passed with a 4-0 vote.
