Devin Doyle, of Wentzville, passed away on Tuesday, October 27. He was born on February 24, 1990, in St. Louis, to DeWayne and Jeanne Doyle (nee: Krigbaum). He had reached the age of 36 years.
Whether Devin was immersed in his work as an Operations Analyst for Citibank, tracking every lap on race day, cheering on his favorite baseball and football teams, going on grand vacations, or spending time with family & friends, he poured his whole heart into everything he did. The stories about all of his adventures he had online with friends and family showed the level of prowess and passion for the people he cared about and the time he spent with them. Above any career milestone or game-day victory, his truest legacy is found in his boundless generosity. He had a remarkable spirit of giving, always ready to share his time, support, and kindness with his family and friends, making every gathering richer simply by him being there.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents DeWayne and Jeanne (née Krigbaum) Doyle of Marthasville; his brother DeWayne Ryan (Kendra) Doyle of New Hampshire and their three children Ezra, Greyson and Laila; his brother Mark (Julie) Doyle of Marthasville; devoted and beloved aunt Martha Doyle-Groeper; his uncle Terry (Lauren) Krigbaum, aunt Alice (Curtis) Tolbert, aunt Tammy Wagner and his many cousins. He is also survived by his adopted fur baby, Sheba 'Shoobers' Doyle, his chosen family Eric (Alysse) Trentmann and Justin (Cassie) Friday and their families. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Daniel & Irene Doyle; grandparents Shirley & Oscar Krigbaum; his beloved uncle Bruce Groeper; as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A visitation for Devin will be held from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, and from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, with an 11 a.m. Funeral Service to immediately follow at Martin Funeral Home, in Warrenton.
