A Warren County man died Monday, Nov. 14, following a one-vehicle crash, the Missouri Highway Patrol reported.The patrol said Francis L. Taylor, 77, Wright City, was driving a 2000 Jeep Cherokee northbound on South Stracks Church Road when he lost control.The Jeep ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree, according to the preliminary patrol report. Taylor was not wearing a safety belt, the patrol reported. The 3:04 p.m. crash happened at Cedar Ridge Drive, according to the report.Taylor was pronounced dead at 3:18 p.m. by Coroner Glenn Craig, the patrol said.Fatal crash
