Todd Edward Evans, a lifelong resident of Warren County, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, at his home. He was born on February 10, 1964, in St. Louis, to the late Edward and Mary (nee: Cope) Evans.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lisa Cole. Those close friends and family who will remain forever grateful for having shared in Todd's life are his niece, Feather Matthews and great nieces and nephews; his very close and longtime friends; other relatives and close personal friends.
Todd's family will host a Celebration of his life on Tuesday, October 29, at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton from 4 P.M. - 7 P.M. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, beginning at 10 A.M. at Central Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to be given to the Warren County Animal Shelter or No Time To Spare Animal Rescue c/o Martin Funeral Home.
