Tobi is survived by her cherished husband, James Champion, with whom she shared a life full of love and laughter. She was a devoted mother to her three children, Jessica Anderson, Amber Champion, and David Michael Champion, who will carry the legacy of her love and care with them always. Tobi's brother, Michael Arnett, and her sister, DeeDee (Michael) Owenby, will fondly remember their sister's warm spirit and friendly nature. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Billie Arnett nee Schmuke, who instilled in her the values of family and kindness that she carried throughout her life.
Tobi's life dedicated herself to her family, and her children were the center of her world. Her ability to make everyone feel cherished and valued was a gift that she gave freely and often. Tobi's love extended beyond her immediate family, touching the hearts of her extended family and a wide circle of friends who became like family to her.
A lover of simple pleasures, Tobi found joy in the pages of a good book and the intricate patterns of her crochet work. She created countless blankets for family and friends, each stitch a symbol of her enduring love and the generous spirit that defined her. Her handiwork will remain as a warm embrace to those who were lucky enough to receive these tokens of her affection.
Tobi will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
