Shirley Jean (Haselroth) Dreyer 83, transitioned peacefully on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Jonesburg Nursing Home in Jonesburg, Mo. Shirley was born in Jonesburg, Mo on July 9, 1938, to Anthony and Mildred Haselroth and her sister Virginia.
Shirley had two daughters, Carlla Jean (Joseph) Bebee and Teresa Jo (Larry) Paul. Three step-sons Frederick Dreyer, Michael Dreyer, and Jon Groeper. Five grandchildren, Ryan Thornton, Andrea (James) Sherman, Larry(Erin) Paul, Anthony Bebee, Devin Bebee, and ten great-grandchildren, Braden, Hunter, Parker, Everleigh, Alexa, Chloe, Nolan, Oliver, Arabella, and Tyler.
Shirley was married to the love of her life, Kenneth Dreyer on July 21, 1984. She loved her grandkids and never missed an event of theirs, attending many softball games, soccer games, hockey, and chasing the crowd at cross country meets. Shirley was a huge Cardinals Baseball fan, never missing a game on TV.
Shirley is survived by her sister Virginia, daughters Carlla and Teresa, and step-sons Frederick, Michael, and Jon. She is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Mildred, and her husband Kenneth. Shirley’s smile, laugh, and love will be missed by many but welcomed in heaven by her husband Kenneth where they are dancing once again.
Visitation will be on September 28, 2021, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. also at the funeral home.
