Ruth I. Moorman passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 97. She was the beloved wife of the late Edgar Moorman Sr. of Wentzville, Missouri; She is survived by her three sons, Lee Wayne "Butch" (Judy) Moorman of Wright City, MO, John (Kathy) Moorman of Wentzville, MO, Rex (Cheryl) Moorman of Foristell, MO; daughter-in-law, Sandy (Joe) Reininger of Foristell, MO; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Lee Moorman, Sr., father, John Chester Audrain, mother, Viola E. Audrain, son, Edgar Lee Moorman, Jr., sister, Dorothy Freymuth, sister, Verna Bratton, sister, Luella "Babe" Dietrich. Ruth was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wentzville, Missouri. She enjoyed spending her free time going antiquing, gardening, and cooking. Most of all she enjoyed family gatherings and having her family at her home. Ruth loved her family very much and enjoyed all of them. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, Missouri 63385.
Funeral services will be held Monday, February 15, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Wentzville.
Interment will be at Eternal Peace Cemetery, Wentzville Missouri.
