Phyllis Lee Fogelsanger (nee: Frei) of Warrenton, passed away on Sunday, August 16. She was born on December 7, 1956 in St. Louis, to the late Lowell Frei and Charleen Smith (nee: Holt).
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, David Fogelsanger; her father; her mother, and step father, Norman Smith. She is survived by her three daughters, Arilla Holloway, Christina Harmon and Lindsay Harmon; seven grandchildren; three siblings, Bruce Frei, Elaine Frei, Nancy and Julie Barton; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, from 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 12 P.M., also at the funeral home.
