Residents from around the area traveled to the Tribute to Veterans Memorial for the Memorial Day Service and the dedication of the Warrenton Charters of Freedom installation.
The installation was a joint effort between the Tribute to Veterans board and Foundation Forward, a national organization that installs educational settings like the one in Warrenton across the country.
