Photo and video: Tractor cruise through Marthasville

The 16th annual Knight of Columbus journey for Charity tractor cruise wound its way through Marthasville on Sept. 10 on its way to Washington.

The event is used to raise food and money for food pantries in Warren and Franklin counties.

It was the north route of the event that made its way from Concord Hill to Marthasville. Those tractors also drove through Immaculate Conception and Augusta before joining up with the tractors taking the southern route in Washington.

Following the cruise was a barbecue and tractor show.

Tractors arrived in Marthasville on schedule, coming up South Street at 10:55 a.m. Tractors then turned onto Third Street, went behind Marthasville City Hall before making its way to Main Street heading toward Boone Monument Road.
