Peggy Joyce Gutermuth passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 86.
She was the beloved wife of Walter Gutermuth nee Groeper of Bourbon, Missouri. She is survived by daughter, Robin Berg of Aurora, CO, son, James Fliehman of St. Louis; three step-daughters, Gloria (Peter) Hoch of St. Louis, MO, LaDawn (Greg) Dewey of Wright City, MO, and Kim (James) Eastin of Vandalia, MO; brother, Bill (Faye) Groeper; granddaughter, Christina Heart; two grandsons, Nicholas (Sarah) Berg, Gregory Berg; and great-grandson, Mathis Junceau. She is preceded in death by her father, Karl Groeper, mother, Edna Groeper, and step-son, Steve Gutermuth. Peggy loved to collect dolls and teddy bears. She enjoyed gardening and visiting garage sales, and loved all dogs.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 21, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 1545 Wentzville Parkway, P.O Box 248, Wentzville, Missouri 63385
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
Interment will follow at the Wright City Cemetery.
