Kyle Joseph Herbert, 26 years of Marthasville, passed away on Saturday, July 22, at his residence. He was born April 23, 1997, in Murfreesboro, TN.
Kyle worked for Dollar General in Marthasville, as a floor supervisor. He loved art, was president of the art club at East Central College and he had several of his art pieces displayed in several museums.
Surviving is his father, James Joseph Herbert, his brother, Keith (Susanna) Herbert, he was a beloved uncle to Winston and Calloway Herbert, his grandmother, Mary Herbert, he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Kyle had many friends who loved his humor, childlike personality and his easygoing attitude. He will be in my heart, as he is in yours.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Herbert, his mother, Glenda Ann Herbert, his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandfather.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., at Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, at Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL., with Msgr. Dennis Schaefer officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Bud City Cemetery, Red Bud, IL. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to The St. Patrick's Center, 800 N. Tucker Blvd., St. Louis, MO. 63101.
