Mr. Willard Lee Heidbrink, fondly known as Willie, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at his home. He was born on November 21, 1939, in Warren County, to the late Raymond and Emma (nee: Koelln) Heidbrink. Willie had reached the age of 81years.
Willie, a lifelong resident of Warren County, was an outdoorsman who spent many hours in his younger years, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his son Don, at the salvage yard and at Demolition Derbies. He enjoyed his ATV rides. He liked working on his bulldozer and tractors. He liked going on float trips with his family and friends.
He enjoyed the family farm in Steelville. Willie was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Willie Heidbrink was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Emma; five siblings, Harold Heidbrink, Francis Heidbrink, Carl Heidbrink, Doris Frichie, Irene Spiers; and twin boys at birth. Willie is lovingly survived by his son, Don Heidbrink; loving wife of 48 years and dear friend, Dorothy Heidbrink; two brothers, Lester Heidbrink and Allen Heidbrink; several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A visitation for Mr. Heidbrink will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Steven Kohler officiating. A burial will follow at the Warrenton City Cemetery.
