11:08 a.m. update: According to the Warren County Emergency Management agency, Interstate 70 through the county has reopened. However, the Missouri road conditions map still shows the highway as being covered and drivers are urged to remain cautious when using the roadway.
10:38 a.m. update: A semi has flipped on its side and is blocking traffic near the intersection of Highway M and Franklin Road in Warrenton.
10:11 a.m. update: All branches of the Scenic Regional Library will be closed on Monday. This is a change from what was reporter earlier today.
9:12 a.m. update: Marthasville City Hall is also closed on Monday, according to Deputy City Clerk Ravin Kersting.
8:29 a.m. update: MoDOT is encouraging drivers to avoid Interstate 70 between mile marker 148 at Kingdom City and mile marker 208 in Wentzville because of multiple crashes.
Road conditions as of 7:40 a.m. show several roads throughout central Missouri are either covered or closed.

8:16 a.m. update: The Warren County budget hearing that was scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday has been postponed until noon Tuesday at the county building according to information from Presiding Commissioner Joe Gildehaus.
8:13 a.m. update: City halls in Warrenton, Wright City, Truesdale, are closed because of weather.
8:04 a.m. update: The Scenic Regional Library branches in Warren County will open at noon on Monday, according to an email sent to The Record.
7:56 a.m. update: The 12th Judicial Circuit courts in Warren, Audrain, and Montgomery counties will be closed on Monday because of the weather.
The Warren County R-III and Wright City R-II school districts are also closed on Monday.
Interstate 70 is closed in both directions through the entirety of Warren County.
The North Service Road in Warrenton is also closed in both directions, and State Highway TT is blocked in both directions near the instrection with State Highway T.
