Larry George Dettmer of Warrenton, passed away on Monday, April 14. He was born on September 5, 1944, in St. Louis, to Henry and Lillian (nee: Mathias) Dettmer.
Larry Dettmer is survived by his wife, Doris Dettmer of Warrenton; his sons, David Dettmer of St. Peters, Joe Dettmer of Warrenton, Bill Dettmer of St. Charles; his daughter, Becky Fitzgerald of Lake St. Louis; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and two more on the way; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; one nephew.
A graveside service will be held in honor of Larry Dettmer on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Warrenton City Cemetery beginning at 11:00 AM with full military honors.
