John Bradford "Brad" Rogers of Warrenton, passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 70. Brad was born May 29, 1951, in St. Louis, MO to the late James A. and Velma Rogers nee Gegg.
Brad proudly served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1973. Brad married the love of his life Sandra Thomas on April 25, 1970, in St. Louis, MO and they celebrated 51 wonderful years together. Brad was an outdoorsman, loved to go fishing at his home, and raised horses for many years. Brad loved his family and was a very devoted Christian man. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Brad is survived by his beloved wife Sandy Rogers nee Thomas of Warrenton, MO; three daughters, Tammy (Gary) Keeler of Wright City, MO, Mindy (Joe) Blackwood of Warrenton, MO and Amy (TJ) Brown of Grain Valley, MO; brother, Dale Rogers of St. Louis, MO; three sisters, Barbara Wiltshire of Warrenton, MO, Randa Tinsley of Warrenton, MO, Stacy (David) Lamb of Warrenton, MO; four grandchildren, Zachry Blackwood, J.R. Brown, Reagan Blackwood, Paige Brown; brother-in-law, Robert "Butch" Lee of Warrenton, MO, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, James Rogers, 5 sisters, Judith Dunne, Joan Lee, Veta Krieger, June Humphrey, and Sandra Rogers.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, 904 S. Highway 47, Warrenton, MO 63383. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m., followed by burial at the Warrenton City Cemetery.
