Janet V. Heppermann passed away on July 8, at the age of 79. Janet was born May 11, 1944, in Peers.
Janet is survived by her beloved husband, Jerome Heppermann of Warrenton; two sons, Jerry (Lindy) Heppermann of Warrenton, John (Lisa) Heppermann; three grandchildren, Joe (Beth) Heppermann, Dustin Heppermann, Kylie Heppermann; 2 great-grandchildren, Adam Heppermann, and Alyssa Heppermann; two sisters, Carol (Carl) Jacquin of Peers, Audrey (Mark) Wagner of Marthasville; three brothers, Dennis (Pat) Sander of Washington, Larry Sander of Peers, Jim Sander of Marthasville; sister in laws Marty Sander of Washington.
She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Sander, mother, Veronica Sander, brother, Glennon Sander, sister, Patty Sander and sister-in-law- Louise Sander.
Janet and Jerome were united in marriage on May 11, 1963, in St. Ignatius in Concord Hill. Janet was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She babysat for numerous children over the years and even had some second-generation children that she was able to care for. She loved children and taking care of them. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 12, from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pitman Funeral Home, in Warrenton. A funeral will be held Thursday, July 13, at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Warrenton. Memorials can be made to Holy Rosary Church or Warren County Senior Center in care of Pitman Funeral Home.
