James R. Huster

James R. Huster passed away on September 2, 2021, at his home surrounded by family and friends at the age of 82.

Jim enjoyed shooting skeet and trap with his friends at the Missouri gun and quail club. Enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and always enjoyed a good cup of coffee. Jim was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and Missouri Gun and Quail Club. Jim served his country in the U.S. Army during the Cuban Missile crisis from 1961-1963. Jim drove a school bus for Wright City Schools for 25 years and worked as a janitor for the school. He also worked as a meat cutter for Wright City Meats.

He is survived by his beloved wife Nancy Huster nee Fleahman of Wright City, MO;  two sons, Kevin (Billie) Hensiek of St. Clair, MO, Gregory "Scott" (Barbara) Hensiek of Missoula, MT; granddaughter, Ashley Hensiek; grandson, Jordan Hensiek; three sisters-in-laws, Phyllis (George) Hoelscher of Jonesburg, MO, Jackie (John) Hepperman of Wentzville, MO, Jamie Ferguson; brother-in-law, Tim (Ellen) O'Neal of Warrenton, MO; nieces Stacie (Jonathan) Pherigo, Mary (Jose) Gonzalez; nephews Brian (Erica) Hepperman, Erin (Cara) O'Neal, Scott (Michelle Wold) Hepperman, Gary (Joanna) Hoelscher, Tim (Amy) Hoelscher, and many other nieces, nephews too numerous to mention.

He is preceded in death by his Father, John B Huster, mother, Lydia Ann Huster, brother, John Huster, son, Ralph Huster

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Pitman Funeral Home, 904 S. Hwy 47, Warrenton, MO 63383.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at Pitman Funeral Home, Warrenton

Interment will be held at Jonesburg City Cemetery, in Jonesburg, MO.
