Funeral services for Jacqueline “Jackie” Mary Hoffman, 88, Innsbrook, will be held on June 12, 2021, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, in Truesdale, at 10:00 a.m.
The visitation will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. A graveside service will follow at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Truesdale, Mo.
Mrs. Hoffmann passed away peacefully at home on June 5, 2021.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph; five children, Joseph J. Hoffman Jr. and wife Roseann, James F. Hoffman, Paul B. Hoffman, and wife Tina, Michael W. Hoffman and wife Lisa, Mary Hoffman Smith; 14 grandchildren, Joseph J. Hoffman III and wife Shannon, Paul M. Hoffman and Wife Katie, Matthew Hoffman and wife Lauren, Jessica Hoffman, James Hoffman and Elizabeth Keeton, Justin Hoffman and wife Jennifer, Josh Hoffman and Kristina Johnson, Amanda Zachman and husband Ethan, Paul B. Hoffman and wife Morgan, Josh Spinaio, Rachael Cory and husband Anthony, Michael Hoffman, Jacqueline Williams and husband Charles, Elizabeth Smith; 29 great-grandchildren; her twin brother Fred Sweeney; other relatives and many friends.
