The Warren County Emergency Management Agency is hosting a free weather spotter class Tuesday, March 1, at the Warren County Administration Building.The class will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. James Kramper, warning coordinator meterologist for the National Weather Service in St. Louis, will teach the class.
