Elvin Paul F. Gausmann, 80, Warrenton passed away on Nov. 10, 2019.
He is survived by his brother, Eldon Gausmann of Warrenton, two nephews, Russell Ockerhausen of Warrenton, Jon (Julia) Ockerhausen of Olathe, Ks.; three nieces, Kathy (Larry) Gruenefeld of High Hill, Cindy Winford of Smithville, Lisa (Roger) Devenport of Jonesburg. He is preceded in death by his father, Enoch Gausmann, mother, Edna Gausmann, sister, Lois (James) Ockerhausen and sister, Clara (Darryl) Bockting.
Paul was an avid collector of vintage farm toys, enjoyed playing pinochle, feeding hummingbirds on his farm, and he was a great cookie baker. Paul had an affinity for math, was a big fan of St. Louis Cardinals baseball and St. Louis Blues Hockey. He was a lifetime farmer in Warren County. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at Pitman Funeral Home, 904 South Highway 47, Warrenton, from 4-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 15, at Frieden’s U.C.C., Warrenton, at 10 a.m.
Interment will be at Warrenton City Cemetery.
