Elmer Vahle

Elmer Vahle passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 80.

Elmer was born November 17, 1940, in Wright City, MO to Paul and Lucille Vahle nee Mueller.

Elmer lived all his life in Wright City, and worked for MFA Elevator and then Harcourt-Elsevier Book Factory but farming was Elmer's love. He enjoyed traveling around the U.S. especially going to Branson and Silver Dollar City. Elmer was a lover of country music. Elmer was married for 49 years before Melba's passing in 2011. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his daughter, Elaine Causevic of Saint Louis, MO; sister, Velma LaFave of Wright City, MO; two granddaughters, Loren Causevic, Vivian Causevic; two sister-in-laws, Marge Oney, Alice Windmann; niece, Vickie (Jesse) Creech; four nephews, Larry (Tammy) LaFave, James (Elizabeth) Windmann, Michael (Joy) Windmann, Paul (Kristina) Windmann; many cousins, great-nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends. He is preceded in death by his spouse, Melba Vahle; father, Paul Vahle, mother, Lucille Vahle, brother in law, Charles Windmann, brother in law, Donald Oney.

Funeral Services will be held privately at Immanuel U.C.C. Wright City with private interment following at Wright City Cemetery.
