Ms. Dorothy Anne Lawson, of Warrenton, passed away on Monday, June 5, in Lake St. Louis. She was born on May 16, 1944, in Hector, NY to the late Robert and Pearl (nee: Graham) Lawson. She had reached the age of 79 years.
Dorothy was employed through Emmaus Homes in Marthasville for several years as a House Manager. She enjoyed her job there and interacting with the patients. She also worked at CEF for a while as a cook. One of Dorothy's favorite pastimes was shopping, she thoroughly enjoyed a good day of shopping. She loved animals, especially her cat, Gabrielle. Dorothy was a member of the Warrenton Baptist Church and loved her church family.
Dorothy Lawson was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Pearl. She is survived by her sister Fran Tully; close friend and caretaker, Mary Byrd; her church family and other close friends.
We plan to celebrate Dorothy's life on Thursday, June 22, at Martin Funeral Home at 10 A.M.
