Mrs. D'Arline L. Driemeyer of Marthasville, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, at the New Haven Care Center. She was born on April 21, 1924, in Treloar, to the late Albert and Levonia (nee:Kunze) Meyer. D'Arline had reached the age of 100 years.
D'Arline was a lifelong resident of Warren County. She was a loving wife of Charles, they were united in marriage on May 1, 1954, in Holstein and celebrated 69 years of marriage before his passing in 2023. To this union they were blessed with two sons, Jay and Jon. D'Arline was a long time member of St. Paul's UCC in Marthasville. Her family was the most important to her and was the biggest joy of her life. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt.
Those who will remain grateful for having shared in her life include her two sons, Jay Driemeyer and wife Brenda, and Jon Driemeyer; three grandchildren, Jason Driemeyer, Jennifer Hanify and husband, Nicholas, Kurt Driemeyer and wife Ellie; 6 great grandchildren, Jillian, Alaina, Emmalee, Henry, Camden, and Levi; one sister, Ruth Smith; many other relatives and close family friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles; her parents, Albert and Levonia; and her dear siblings, Verneal Reese, and James Meyer.
The family will celebrate the life of D'Arline Louise Driemeyer from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. on Wednesday, May 29, at St. Paul's UCC in Marthasville with a 12 P.M. Celebration of Life service to immediately follow. Rev. Don Deeker will be officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Paul's UCC Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to be given to St. Paul's UCC c/o Martin Funeral Home.
