Barbara R. Guthmiller of Warrenton passed away on February 6, 2022, at the age of 84. Barbara was born June 28, 1937, in Big Springs, KS, to the late Glenn and Juanita Wright nee Webber.
She is survived by her two sons, Daniel Groen and Darrell Hamilton both of Washington State; three grandchildren, Alex, Charles, and Emily Groen; and great-grandson, Braiden Guthmiller.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Guthmiller; two brothers, Donald Wright, Gary Wright; and sister, Glenda Williamson.
Barbara was an involved member of Family Community Church in Warrenton. What gave Barbara the most joy was knowing how the Lord used her to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus Christ. She worked as a secretary at Child Evangelism Fellowship for many years. She enjoyed helping people and serving God. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Graveside service for Barbara will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 9:15 am at National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, MO. Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 11, at 9:00 am at Family Community Church in Warrenton. Memorial service to follow.
