Coastal Popcorn Shrimp Wraps Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 12 minutes Makes: 4 servings 20 oz. SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp OR SeaPak Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp frozen corn, thawed bunch green onions, thinly sliced 1 cup mayonnaise (use more if desired) chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced (about 1 tablespoon) Flour tortillas Shredded lettuce Dash of red pepper Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Stir mayonnaise and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce in large bowl. Add the cooked corn, red pepper and green onions.
