Wright City senior Jasmin Simpson was recently named to the Eastern Missouri conference’s first team.
Simpson was one of 10 Eastern Missouri Conference players named to the first team. The Wright City senior nearly averaged a double-double in conference games. She averaged over 24 points and over nine rebounds in 10 conference games. She also averaged over four steals per game. Simpson scored a season-high 39 points in Wright City’s conference win over Mark Twain.
Simpson averaged over 22 points and eight rebounds per game on the season. The Lady Wildcats finished the season with eight wins.
