Kelsey O’Donnell, 31, of Wright City, was charged with third-degree assault in connection to a Dec. 23, 2024 incident.
According to the probable cause statement filed by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Chase Bascio, he was dispatched to a residence in Wright City for an assault that had just taken place.
The victim said O’Donnell had knocked on her door and after she opened it, O’Donnell entered the home and punched her in the face.
Bascio noted the victim had bruising on the left side of her face and a cut over her right eye.
According to the probable cause statement, O’Donnell denied visiting the residence but admitted to being at a home nearby. A witness confirmed O’Donnell was at the residence, according to the probable cause statement.
