A 16-year-old Wright City male was involved in a motor vehicle accident Monday afternoon on Route H north of Route M.
While traveling northbound on Route H the vehicle swayed to the right side of the road over a private drive and became airborne. According to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the vehicle then struck several objects before overturning on the side of the road.
The driver was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake St. Louis with serious injuries.
