A 53-year-old Hermann woman was arrested on drug charges during a Dec. 29 traffic stop in Wright City.The suspect, identified as Charleen Frances Rountree, was charged with felony drug possession and two misdemeanors for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to equip a vehicle with license plate lamp.During a search of Rountree, police discovered a bag containing a substance that tested positive for meth, a digital scale and metal smoking device, according to a probable cause statement. The traffic stop was conducted at 8:07 p.m. in the area of Wildcat Drive and Westwoods Road.Drug Arrest
