A Wright City man, 54, was involved in a car accident with a Wentzville woman, 37, and a Wentzville man, 29, on the afternoon of March 20, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

A Wright City man, 54, was involved in a car accident with a Wentzville woman, 37, and a Wentzville man, 29, on the afternoon of March 20, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to the patrol, the three vehicles were traveling west on Interstate 70 when traffic began to slow ahead. The Wentzville woman applied the brakes, eventually slowing to a stop, when she was struck from behind by the Wentzville man. The Wright City man then struck her from behind, according to the patrol.
The Wentzville woman sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis via ambulance.
She was wearing her seat belt in the accident, according to the patrol. The other two men did not report any injuries.
