A Wright City man, 39, was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Warren County on the morning of Aug. 3 in Warren County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred when the first vehicle, driven by a Wright City woman, 37, signaled to turn left off of S. Stracks Church Road. The second vehicle, driven by a 24-year-old Wright City man, attempted to pass them and struck the rear of her vehicle, according to the patrol.
The 24-year-old was not wearing his seat belt in the accident.
The 39-year-old Wright City man, who was a passenger in a side-by-side driven by the Wright City woman, sustained minor injuries in the accident.
He was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis via ambulance. The other two individuals did not report any injuries in the accident, according to the patrol.
