A Wright City man sustained serious injuries Tuesday, March 13, in a head-on crash.According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol preliminary report, Timothy L. Patti, 43, Wright City, was driving a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 that was pulling a vehicle from a ditch at 9:55 p.m. on the North Outer Road west of Stracks Church Road.The Patti vehicle collided head-on with a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser driven eastbound by David A Roberson, 66, Wright City.Roberson was taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital, Lake St. Louis, by Warren County EMS. It is not known if he was wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.Crash
