A Warren County man who was charged in April with drug trafficking is facing a new drug charge in Warren County Circuit Court.Robert E. Wray, 32, Wright City, was charged last month with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, according to court records.Bond in the case was set at $25,000.Wray is scheduled to be arraigned in the case Monday, July 15.The East Central Drug Task Force assisted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant June 21 at a residence in the 14000 block of Cox Road in Wright City.During the search, authorities allegedly found plastic bag corners, a digital scale, Dormin capsules, empty Dormin capsules, drug paraphernalia and $3,068 in U.S. currency.A white substance, which was identified as heroin using a narcotics field test kit, also was found, authorities stated.Wray was arrested in April and charged with attempted distribution of a controlled substance.Both cases are on the Warren County Circuit Court docket for Monday, July 15, at 9 a.m.An arraignment hearing in the latest charge is scheduled to be held before Presiding Circuit Judge Wes Dalton.A review of the April case is scheduled to be held by Associate Circuit Judge Richard Scheibe.Robert Wray
