A Wright City man faces charges after police say he had sex several times with a 16-year old girl.Dalton Scott Mcintosh, 23, of the First block of Kerland Drive, was charged Nov. 15 with second degree statutory rape.According to court documents, the minor told police that she had sex with Mcintosh three times between January 2013 and one or two months before Nov. 15 at a residence on the 300 block of North Water Street in Warren County. The minor said there were nude photographs of Mcintosh on a cell phone and two videos of them having sex. A deputy viewed one image of Mcintosh nude on the same cell phone.Mcintosh is being held on $25,000 cash only bond.Wright City Man Charged with Statutory Rape
